Please take a few minutes and fill out the membership application and the attached worksheet.

 CEI does not require financial documentation as a basis for membership.  No proof of income is necessary.

 Application

Send it to us by mail, fax, or drop it off personally at the Temple. Within 10 days of receipt, we will contact you and discuss any question we may have or any questions that you may have about us. Shortly thereafter you will receive a written acknowledgement of your membership and a letter welcoming you into the family of CEI.
